Bridges to come
Trace back our history to the days we crawled,
When life was simply mountains and oceans
A vast, never ending land of wonders.
Our first few steps
Through fields of golden progress
Left a trail to those in doubt;
Tarr Steps Clapper Bridge,
The bridge of achievement.
Our dreadful encounter with misery,
Feared and expected by most,
Roaming in dark woods of heartbreaks;
Hussaini Hanging Bridge,
The Bridge of mistakes.
Our moments of realization,
Dreams and wishes drifting in streams,
Thought us and the ignorant patience;
Ponte Vecchio,
The bridge of hope.
There is more to discover, unlimited space
For the bridges to come.
